President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Easterling started ERS in Louisiana after more than thirty years of combined experience in land development and agriculture. After graduating from the University of Southern Mississippi, he also spent a significant portion of his earlier career in timber operations. With admirable determination and dedication, his efforts have led to great success. As a leader in compliance services, ERS serves a broad range of clients across the U.S. and Canada.
Chief Financial Officer
Mrs. Easterling played an integral role in the overall development of ERS. Her banking industry knowledge and financial background were key assets in both the start-up efforts and the corporate success since 1993.
Mrs. Dazé has served on the Board of Directors since 2009. Her customer-focused approach to operations and her constant focus on continual improvement have been driving forces in the success of ERS in the marketplace.
Ms. Monteith joined ERS in 2000 as a consultant and currently serves as a Regional Director. Prior to ERS, Ms. Monteith pursued a career in the manufacturing industry in the role of Accounting Management. Ms. Monteith holds a B.A. in Accounting from Memphis State University.
Mr. Vaughan has 30+ years experience with a Fortune 200 specialty chemical company. He has 20 years in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development management with extensive travel in North America, SE Asia, and Europe. Mr. Vaughan’s knowledge in Product Development, Applications Research, and Operations Management in chemical manufacturing makes him a valuable resource to ERS.
After ten years experience with ERS operations, Kimberly was appointed to the Board of Directors in 2009. Her expertise in company operations and her creative abilities are very valuable resources to the growth and success of ERS.
Robert (Bobby) L. Litton
After nearly 40 years as a CPA and tax partner of Payne, Moore & Herrington, Bobby retired in December 2008. He joined ERS’ Board of Directors in 2009, where his knowledge and experience have been highly beneficial to company operations.
Mrs. Litton currently serves as Project Manager for a large multi-state organization. She previously held an active management role in a large agribusiness company, specializing in exports to South America. Ms. Litton holds degrees in Office Administration and Management from Louisiana College.
Mr. Scelfo brings more than a decade of experience in the computing industry to ERS. He possesses a unique blend of science and business competencies and plays a vital role in the planning and implementation of ERS services.
